How we get cupcakes to you

We bake to order for a day you choose, up to a week ahead, across a defined set of Delhi and Ghaziabad PIN codes. There is no same-day delivery — the earliest we deliver is the next day. Below is the detail — fees, lead times, timing, and edge cases.

Service area

We currently deliver to 13 PIN codes across Delhi and adjoining Ghaziabad. You can check whether your address is covered on our delivery page. If your PIN is not on the list, we cannot deliver to it today — we are expanding gradually and you can leave your details to be notified when we reach your area.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees depend on the distance from our bakery. The exact fee for your address is calculated from your PIN code and shown in the cart at checkout, before payment.

Fees, minimums and free-delivery thresholds above are read live from the same table the checkout charges from, so this page cannot drift away from what you are actually billed. PIN coverage changes as we expand.

Lead time

We do not hold finished stock and we do not deliver same day. Every order is baked for the day you choose.

• The earliest delivery is the next day. Orders for next-day delivery are accepted until 7:00 PM; after 7:00 PM the earliest bookable day is the day after next.
• You can book up to 7 days ahead at checkout, choosing both the delivery day and the window.
• Payment: pay online at checkout, or by cash on delivery where that option is shown at checkout. Either way, your order reserves a place in that day's bake.
• Daily capacity is limited — a day that is fully booked is not offered at checkout.
• Custom or batch orders (24+ cupcakes, special decoration): minimum 48 hours notice. These are arranged over WhatsApp.
• Tuesday: our weekly rest day. No deliveries on Tuesdays.

Delivery timing

You choose a delivery window (for example 12 – 1 PM) at checkout for your booked day, and we deliver within that window. Your order is baked on the morning of that day. If a window needs to change on the day, we coordinate with you on WhatsApp.

If you need the box at a particular hour inside your window, say so in the order notes or on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether we can hold that time before we bake.

If you are not at the address

• Our delivery partner will call the WhatsApp number on the order on arrival. Please be reachable around the confirmed delivery time.
• If you are unavailable, the rider will wait up to 10 minutes.
• If we still cannot reach you, the cupcakes will be carried back to our bakery. We will then either re-deliver on another day (an additional delivery fee may apply) or hold them aside for you. Cupcakes returned to the bakery are not resold — their freshness window is yours.
• No-shows where the customer is not contactable on the WhatsApp number provided are not refundable. See Refunds & Cancellations.

Packaging

Cupcakes are packed in food-grade boxes with internal cavities so they travel without smudging the frosting. Boxes are sealed before dispatch and not reopened in transit. In summer months (April–September) we use insulated outer pouches to preserve the temperature of buttercream finishes.

After delivery — caring for your cupcakes

Soft on purpose. Our frostings are real mascarpone, cream cheese and real chocolate — so they are soft-set and do not love Delhi heat. Frosting that softens at Delhi summer temperatures is normal and not a defect.

• Keep the box cool and out of direct sun. If you are not eating immediately, refrigerate it.
• Let refrigerated cupcakes rest 15–20 minutes before serving — a cool room, about 20°C, is perfect.
• Best enjoyed the same day they arrive; refrigerated, they are good until the next day.

Damages on arrival

If a box arrives visibly damaged, do not refuse delivery — accept it, photograph the issue, and message us on WhatsApp within 30 minutes of delivery. We will resolve under our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
