How we get cupcakes to you

We bake to order and deliver same day across a defined set of Delhi and Ghaziabad PIN codes. Below is the detail — fees, slots, lead times, and edge cases.

Service area

We currently deliver to thirteen PIN codes across Delhi and adjoining Ghaziabad. You can check whether your address is covered using the PIN checker in the delivery section of our home page. If your PIN is not on the list, we cannot deliver to it today — we are expanding gradually and you can leave your details to be notified when we reach your area.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees depend on the distance from our bakery. The exact fee for your address is calculated from your PIN code and shown in the cart at checkout, before payment.

PIN coverage may change as we expand. The checkout calculation is authoritative.

Lead time

• Same-day orders: minimum 2 hours from the moment we confirm your payment.
• Custom or batch orders (24+ cupcakes, special decoration): minimum 48 hours notice. These are arranged over WhatsApp.
• Tuesday: our weekly rest day. Orders placed on Tuesday are baked and delivered the next day.

Delivery windows

Same-day orders are delivered in one of two windows:

• Mid-day: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Evening: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

You select your preferred window in the cart. If you order outside the 2-hour lead time for a window, the next available window will be offered.

If you are not at the address

• Our delivery partner will call the WhatsApp number on the order on arrival. Please be reachable during your selected window.
• If you are unavailable, the rider will wait up to 10 minutes.
• If we still cannot reach you, the cupcakes will be carried back to our bakery. We will then either re-deliver in the next available window (additional delivery fee may apply) or hold them aside for the same day. Cupcakes returned to the bakery are not resold — their freshness window is yours.
• No-shows where the customer is not contactable on the WhatsApp number provided are not refundable. See Refunds & Cancellations.

Packaging

Cupcakes are packed in food-grade boxes with internal cavities so they travel without smudging the frosting. Boxes are sealed before dispatch and not reopened in transit. In summer months (April–September) we use insulated outer pouches to preserve the temperature of buttercream finishes.

After delivery

Cupcakes are best consumed within 24 hours of delivery. If you are not eating immediately, keep them in the refrigerator and bring back to room temperature for about 20 minutes before serving. Buttercream softens at Delhi summer temperatures — this is normal and not a defect.

Damages on arrival

If a box arrives visibly damaged, do not refuse delivery — accept it, photograph the issue, and message us on WhatsApp within 30 minutes of delivery. We will resolve under our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
