How soon it arrives
- Same day: a minimum of 2 hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. There are no fixed slots — each order is baked, packed and dispatched on its own, and we confirm the timing with you against the order.
- Pre-order: book any date up to 7 days ahead at checkout. Next-day delivery is accepted until 7:00 PM; after that the earliest date is the day after next. Pre-orders are prepaid and baked for your chosen date, and you pick a delivery window. Daily capacity is limited, so a date that is full simply will not be offered.
- Larger and custom orders (24 cupcakes and up, or special decoration): at least 48 hours notice. Start these from corporate and bulk orders.
- Tuesday is our rest day. An order placed on a Tuesday is baked and delivered the next day.
Paying
UPI, card and net banking at checkout, or cash on delivery where it is offered for your address. Pre-orders are prepaid. Prices include GST.
If your area isn't listed
Then we can't deliver to it yet, and we would rather say so than take an order we can't keep. We add areas as we grow. Leave your PIN code in the checker on our home page and we'll let you know when we reach you.
